THIS EVENT IS: Energy Work and Cacao Ceremy Date: October 9th, 2026 Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of heart-opening cacao, gentle energy work, and sacred sisterhood. We will begin the gathering by sharing ceremonial cacao, a traditional heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries to support emotional awareness, connection, and presence. A guided meditation will help us settle into the space and open our hearts to the experience of giving and receiving support. Throughout the evening, each woman will be invited to take a turn resting comfortably at the center of the circle. As she relaxes, the other women will gather around her and offer gentle supportive touch while holding loving and uplifting intentions for her wellbeing. During this time, sisters may share words of encouragement, gratitude, and appreciation, creating a powerful experience of being seen, supported, and honoured by the circle. Soft music will play while a warm scented cloth is placed over the forehead to encourage relaxation. Reiki energy will be offered by a practioner to the major chakras to support balance, grounding, and energetic flow. Each woman will receive time in the center of the circle, everyone will both offer and receive care within the community. We will close the evening with gentle reflection and gratitude for the shared experience. This gathering is designed to create a safe and nurturing space where women can open their hearts, experience deep support, and reconnect with the healing power of community. No prior experience with cacao ceremonies or energy work is required. Doors open at 6:15 PM so everyone has time to settle into the space. To protect the container of our space and begin together in presence, the doors will close at 6:30 PM sharp and the circle will begin. We’re unable to admit late arrivals.
