THIS EVENT IS: Year’s End Sacred Sisters Ecstatic Dance Date: December 11th, 2026 Time: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Location: The Yoga Lounge Come dance out the year with us and step into the next chapter feeling lighter, freer, and more connected! As the year comes to a close, join us for a special Year’s End Ecstatic Dance where we will move, celebrate, and release everything the past year has held. Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement experience where you are invited to move your body and dance in whatever way feels natural and authentic to you. Finally, a place for adult women to dance freely in a safe and supportive environment outside of the bar or party scene! This end-of-year gathering is an opportunity to shake off the weight of the year, celebrate the growth you’ve experienced, and move your body in joyful expression among sisters. There are no steps to follow and no choreography — simply an open invitation to explore movement, release tension, and allow the body to express itself through music. Throughout the evening, a carefully curated playlist will guide the group through a dynamic journey of rhythm, emotion, and energy. Some moments may feel powerful and expressive, while others may invite softer, reflective, or meditative movement as we honor the closing of the year. This space is held with respect and intention so women can feel safe to move without judgment, comparison, or pressure. At the end of the dance journey, we will transition into a gentle closing meditation to help integrate the experience and consciously release the year, leaving you grounded and ready to welcome what is to come. Participants are encouraged to bring: • Water • Comfortable clothing for movement • A yoga mat or blanket for the closing meditation This gathering is an opportunity to release stagnant energy, celebrate your body, and honour the journey of the year through movement and sisterhood. Doors open at 6:15 PM so everyone has time to settle into the space. To protect the container of the event and begin together in presence, the doors will close at 6:30 PM sharp and the event will begin. We’re unable to admit late arrivals.
